You make my world that much brighter. Thank you.

Happy Wednesday, my crafty friends.

I have a quick card to share with today.

I have struggled to make my card sparkle since the mission from the CAS-ual Fridays for this week was all about glitter. I was thinking of using glitters, glittered letters, glittered chipboard, and so on...there are so many possibilities to get a glittered effect using glitters but the problem I have is no time to play with glitters.

You probably know what I mean by it. For me "glitters" are equal word to "messy" in my craft dictionary. I cannot spend extra time for cleaning up all those scattered glitters after my project done. Also it's not easy to get rid of all tiny little things. It would stay and stick to the craft mat for a while and it is affecting my next CAS project. = .=

So I took a simple way by using Cleasnap's Smooch pearlized accent inks.

Mine is not in the picture above. I got the one from Michaels when it was price down after Christmas season. It has four Christmas colors, Siren/Green Apple/Moonlight/Gold Lame.

And here is how my choice of sparkle turned out.

For my card,
I picked Gold Lame to cover almost entire space of the textured white base. I chose a textured white cardstock as a base because I expected it would look like a canvas after I colored it with the Smooch Gold Lame. What's it like for you? Just a gold color? :D
Then I added some yellow copic marker(forgot the exact number) over the Gold Lame.

While let the base card dry up, I stamped PTI's brush image on the plain white paper and colored it with some copic markers. I used the Smooch's Gold Lame ink again on the tips of each brush and cut the image out and place it on the base with foam tapes. You could see the brush image was a little up from the base and had some dimensions. Then I stamped the sentiment twice and it's a simply you stamp from Technique Tuesday.

That's all for today. Hope you enjoy your day.
Thanks for dropping by my blog.

Sophia.
