Smiles

* Do the happy dance with me. I've got my second time honorable mention badge from CASology.

Hello friends there,
Happy Friday!

Yesterday night, I made a super(x100) simple card for the week #41 challenge over at CASology. They have a cue word for GIGGLE.

For the giggled or smiling lips, I used one of brushing images from PTI's watercolor wonder stamp set and inked up with Hero Art's neon pink. Some of you may notice that the stamp set has no image of that kinds and the trick was... using the back side of the stamp in order to get a perfect lip shape. It looks like our smiling lips, doesn't it? hehe :D!

For the eyes, I thought of "emoticon" like this (> .<) that seemed to possibly express wrinkled eyes when we giggled. My original idea went with using "arrow" images if I had but I couldn't find any of them in my stacks. So I had to change the direction and found the alternate which was the letter "V" and "I" from K&Company Amy Butler's clear Alphabet stamp.

To finish off the card, I put some sequins on the lips. I felt the card would be too simple without having some sequins on the lips. (Or am I obssesed with an idea that I have to use sequins to all the cards I will make?)

Hope you have smiles all day long as my card suggested!

Sophia.
